A bit about me:
How I'm Born
La Cha Cjo didn’t begin with a strategy deck or a branding workshop.
It began with a family moment that quietly became a lifelong memory.
During a family trip to Melbourne, the founders came across a small, cozy café, quietly woven into the rhythm of the city. It wasn’t flashy or loud. It didn’t try to impress. But it stayed with them. The warmth of the space, the aroma of fresh coffee, the natural hum of people gathering—it felt like more than just a café. It felt comfortable. Effortless. The kind of place people of any age could walk into and immediately feel at ease. Even in silence, it still felt right.
That moment stayed with them.
What made it even more meaningful was how their three children, aged 8, 10, and 12, experienced it. To them, it wasn’t just a café—it was a place where everyone seemed to belong. Adults could relax, while kids felt included in their own way—stepping into a small part of the adult world, joining in the coffee moments with a cup of babycino, sharing food at the table, and simply being part of something together.
And in that mix of excitement and curiosity, they said something that would shape everything that came after:
“Let’s bring this home.”
But what truly shaped La Cha Cjo came from the children.
The name itself was created instantly by the 10-year-old, without overthinking—just pure imagination and instinct. It sounded fun, magical, and full of personality. And somehow, it stuck.
The identity continued to grow through their eyes:
-
The 12-year-old chose the fox as the mascot—seeing it as clever, playful, and full of character.
-
The 8-year-old drew the very first fox illustration by hand, a simple sketch that carried more emotion than perfection.
That drawing didn’t stay as just a memory. It evolved—refined carefully over time into the fox logo you see today. And even now, the children continue to contribute ideas, sketches, and creative direction to the mascot and visual world of La Cha Cjo.
From that point on, La Chacjo was no longer just an idea.
It became something shaped by the children—their instinct, their honesty, and the way they saw a place that simply works for everyone.

More Than a Brand — A Shared Space
La Cha Cjo is built on one simple belief:
Time spent together is what matters most.
It doesn’t matter how old you are. It doesn’t matter where you come from.
What matters is sitting down, sharing a moment, and being present with each other.
This is why La Cha Cjo has no age limit—because connection doesn’t belong to any age group.
It belongs to everyone.

We believe creativity should never be limited to the founders
alone.
An Open Invitation
That’s why we welcome contributions from our community—especially young customers. Your drawings, your ideas, your imagination might one day become part of La Cha Cjo’s evolving world. A doodle, a sketch, a character—anything has the potential to be reimagined into our brand story.
Because La Cha Cjo is not just built by us.
It is built with everyone who chooses to be part of it.

The Soul of
La Chacjo
At its heart, La Cha Cjo is not just coffee, food, or design.
It is:
-
A family moment that became a brand
-
A child’s imagination turned into identity
-
A space where creativity is shared, not controlled
-
A reminder that the simplest ideas are often the most meaningful
And above all, it is a place where people come together—not because they have to, but because they want to.
La Cha Cjo is time spent together.
Nothing more complicated than that.
